VISIBILITY MEANS NOTHING WITHOUT BRANDING.

Laramie County Community College needed a way to capture what makes it special: small classes, hands-on learning, and a campus where people know your name. I developed a brand strategy that highlighted what LCCC does best, creating personal pathways to success. By defining core values, clarifying the message, and unifying the college’s voice across 25+ departments, I led integrated campaigns that drove more than a 20% increase in enrollment in 2025.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Increase enrollment leads and application completions for the upcoming semester.

  • Strengthen brand presence across local community channels and digital platforms.

  • Highlight key differentiators including affordability, one-on-one student support, and a wide range of academic and career pathways.
